The Role

We are looking for a detail-oriented, intelligent, self-starter with high initiative and superior written and verbal communication skills to join our research and media department. You will create content for Valtari’s reports, newsroom, and knowledge base.

Responsibilities

  • Establish and oversee production processes
  • Produce a report covering the M&A activity in a swathe of industry sectors
  • Plan, coordinate, review and edit content
  • Manage editorial calendar and ensure deadlines are met
  • Generate ideas and lend editorial support for social media content
  • Enforce publication standards and establish goals and expectations
  • Manage and develop financial writers
  • Handle all communication regarding North American and European Union content
  • Establish and oversee production processes
Qualifications
  • Excellent writing and editing skills
  • Meticulous attention to detail
  • Strong written and verbal communicator
  • Familiarity with business, financial markets and financial terminology
  • Experience managing people
  • Experience with Microsoft Suite (Keynote and Pages experience a plus)
  • Ability to meet daily deadlines
  • Masters degree in relevant field is required
